A 19-year full-time Realtor/Broker, Karen is known as the “velvet hammer”, providing honest and direct communication in a kind and respectful manner. Karen is also an instructor at MN Realty School where she administers the state and national education requirements for individuals newly obtaining a real estate license as well as continuing education for current licensees. She is the former CEO/Broker of the Keller Williams Eagan office and has spent many years as a real estate coach and trainer. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and worked in healthcare prior to real estate. Karen has been involved in many advocacy groups through the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors including SPAAR Leadership, Government Affairs, and facilitates the SPAAR Mental Wellness Advocacy group for Realtors. She is also a commissioner for the City of New Brighton and a member of the New Brighton/Mounds View Rotary Club.
