Colleen grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota but has also lived in Minneapolis, MN; Moorhead, MN; Denver, CO; and Miami, FL. Colleen started her career working for Habitat for Humanity and she has experience with construction, home repairs and maintenance, landscaping, and in-depth knowledge of the financials of purchasing and selling homes.

Colleen spent the last 15+ years planning large events in the nonprofit world and 18 years ago Colleen turned to real estate for an investment opportunity. She independently owns and manages two properties in St. Paul and Minneapolis and enjoys talking with others about real estate investments.

Having planned 3 events for 100,000+ people, Colleen is extremely detail minded and has strong systems management. She is thrilled to have returned to real estate for a profession and to use her financial acumen, strong communication skills and knowledge of the home purchasing process as an asset for buyers and sellers. Colleen is a current resident of St. Paul.
